Who is Mir Hamza?
Mir Hamza is a Pakistan left-arm fast bowler who represented the national side in just three Test matches for Pakistan. He has played over 88 First Class matches, 72 List A matches and 42 Twenty20 matches. In FC matches, he took 360 wickets at an average of 21.60 while in LA and T20, he picked 110 (31.8 average) and 53 (29 average) wickets.
He has represented Pakistan in under-19 and also played international matches such as against England, he was also selected by PCB to be part of the national team against Sri Lanka.
He is also playing in English counties every season now.
The Pakistan bowler was a bright spark in an otherwise frustrating campaign for Karachi Kings in 2022, taking eight wickets at 14.25 despite playing just 4 matches.
He was retained by Karachi Kings for PSL 8 but unfortunately got injured. He will be great asset for Karachi Kings in PSL 9 as he is most experienced left arm fast bowler in the country. Recently he is also 2nd highest leading wicket taker in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy 2023.
