PCB Management Committee Chairperson Zaka Ashraf said “This central contract 2023-26 signifies our commitment to improving the financial health of our players, acknowledging their hard work and dedication to the game. We firmly believe that a financially secure and motivated team is more likely to excel on the field.”
Total of 25 players will be beneficiary from this central contract.
Pakistan’s Cricket Team Central Contract Announced 2023-26
The Pakistan Cricket Board has given three-year central contracts as compared to one year previously. This central contract will start from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
The previous central contract cycle expired on 30 June and the new deal will be deemed effective from 1 July, 2023.
PCB allocated PKR 75 crore to centrally contracted players.
Pakistan D category cricketers monthly salary and Match Fee 2023-26
Pakistan Cricketers in Category D get monthly salary of PKR 1.1 million as agreed in Central Contract of PCB 2023-26.
Besides monthly salary these Pakistani cricketers also receive PKR 838000, 515000′ and 372075 for playing Test match, ODI match and T20 match for Pakistan.
Also get other allowances and TA/DA.
Each player will get 13590000 PKR annually.
These category D players will get a rise of 127%.
Pakistan Cricketers included in Category D in PCB Central Contract 2023-26
There are 16 Pakistani cricketers that are included in Category D of Central Contract offered by PCB.
1.Fahim Ashraf, 2.Hasan Ali, 3.Iftikhar Ahmed, 4.Ihsanullah, 5.Mohammad Haris, 6.Mohammad Wasim Jr, 7.Saim Ayub, 8.Salman Ali Agha, 9.Saud Shakeel, 10.Shahnawaz Dahani, 11.Shan Masood, 12.Usama Mir, 13. Zaman Khan,14. Tayyab Tahir, 15. Aamir Jamal, 16. Arshad Iqbal.
Tayyab Tahir, Aamer Jamal and Arshad Iqbal these three players are included after revision in central contract 2023-26.
