The 19 years old young leg-spinner was snapped up by the Sixers as a bronze pick in the final round, joins fellow spinners Todd Murphy and Steve O‘Keefe at the Sydney-based club.

A talented allrounder, Davies is a powerful left-hander, crafty left-arm orthodox spinner, as well as an athletic fielder.

Sydney Sixers is the most consistent and successful team of the BBL 2023-24. Team always compete in the top four at the end of any BBL season. This time too has a balanced side.
Their main weapon is their spin bowling department with likes of Toddy Murphey, Steve O’ Keefe and now Rehman Ahmed too. No other BBL team has such talent pool of spinners.
Again in fast bowling, Sydney Sixers has Sean Abbot, Jackson Bird, Ben Dwarshuis and Tom Curran. Hence the strongest and lethal team as far as bowling is concerned. Can curtail any opposition team in lowest totals.
Batting is their main strength. Most reliable batters are Josh Philippe, Silk and James Vince. Team main concern is their batting. Although bat deep but truly batting unit is fragile and the opposition can target that weak area of Sydney Sixers.
