First of all Sydney Thunder Women will be over the moon on picking Marzanne Kapp as Perth Scorchers Women preferred to retain their captain Sophie Devine instead. Sydney Thunder then picked the World’s most productive player in terms of skills and performances.
Marzanne Kapp is World’s best all-rounder and dominate almost all world’s famous women T20 leagues with her all round performances. So syedney Thunder is very lucky as they locked in Marzanne Kapp this time. Marzannne Kapp pic is million dollar pick for this eason of WBBL. She is true warrior in the field both with bat and ball.
Heather Knight is also most experienced English cricketer in women cricket world. 3D player contribute with bat, ball and with the leadership skills.
Lauren Bell is young and exciting fast bowler from England. Now one more million dollar pick is locked in by Sydney Thunder women that is of Sri Lanka’s Chamari Athapaththu. Again mighty powerful with the bat. Play some fearless cricketing shots at the top. Also a handy spinner for the team with lowest economy.
Tahila Wilson at the top of the order is also in some form. The most favorite local Australian talent is young and exciting Phoebe Litchfield. Litchfield is a player from another universe. 360 degree player. Have all the shots in her book. She is aggressive and fearless. Also play with highest strike rates.
Sammy-Jo johnson is also mighty powerfull hitter of the cricketing ball. Then came Anika Learoyd and Olivia Porter. in the lower middle order. Batting is deep.
Seeing theire bowling, Lauren Bell/ Marzinne Kapp will spearhead the attack. Also they have medium pacer Darlington and Sammy-Jo Johnson in the arsenal.
Spin department is also very strong and economical with likes of Chamari Athapaththu, Knight, Samantha Bates.
Winning combination is chosen by Sydney Thunder Women in this WBBL 2023-24. All bases are covered. Selected the most formidable squad in the history of Sydney Thunder Women.
